Stuffed hot peppers

6 Hungarian peppers, halved and seeded
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup aziago cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan/Romano blend cheese, grated
seasoned breadcrumbs

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. !When handling and cleaning peppers wear gloves!

2. Slice peppers in half length wise after removing the stem. Scoop out seeds and veins gently with a tsp and discard. Rinse clean peppers in cold water, set aside.

3. !After cleaning peppers, wipe down all work surfaces immediately and make sure all waste is discarded!

4. Preheat oven to 400F/200C/GM 6

5. In a large mixing bowl, combine all cheeses. Mix by hand until they are incorporated evenly through cream cheese.

6. Using hands, fill each half of pepper with cheese mixture until shell is full. Place on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.

7. Top lightly with breadcrumbs. Bake 15-20 min, until top of cheese mixture is lightly browned.
