Sugar and spice pecans

1 tablespoon cold water (use up to 2 tablespoons if necessary)
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3 cups pecan halves

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. Add water to slightly beaten egg white; add sugar and mix well; add spices and blend well.

2. Put nuts into the mixture and coat thoroughly.

3. Place nuts on a large, well-greased cookie sheet with nuts flat side down; bake at 250 degrees until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and place on waxed paper to cool completely.
