Summer caribbean three bean salad
1 (15 ounce) canned black beans
1 (15 ounce) canned pink beans
1 (15 ounce) canned chickpeas
4 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fine sea salt
2 cups olive oil
Pepper to tastes

Cook Time → 0 min
1. Drain beans in colander. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Will keep for about a week.
2. You can add tomatoes, celery or corn, if desired. If you like it spicy, add a teaspoon Spiced Rum Grill Seasoning or Sweet Orange Habanero from Caribbean Trading (www.caribbeantrading.com)
