Sweet Holiday Glazed Ham of Mike Morris - Recipefy

-------Dry rub-------
¾ cup Hungarian sweet paprika
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder

-------Sweet Glaze--------
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup molasses
¼ cup apple juce
¼ cup bourbon
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 300 min

1. Season the ham with dry rub. Place plastic wrap over ham and put in refrigerator. Allow the seasoning to penetrate the ham overnight to give it a fuller flavor.

2. Using indirect heat, preheat your grill to 220 degrees F.

3. Place ham in an aluminum roasting pan and place on grill. Let smoke for 2 hours, After that glaze ham every hour with glaze until the ham reaches 145-160 degrees making sure the temperature remains at 250 degrees F Remove from grill
Glaze:

4. Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat. Allow to simmer, cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, until the glaze is syrupy.

5. Pour the warm glaze over the warm ham and serve immediately.
