Tortilas of Hristijan Kiko Acoski - Recipefy

1 kg flour, yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 cup of oil, 2 cups of hot water.

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Put the yeast in a cup, add one teaspoon of sugar and some warm water and wait for it to rise.

2. Put the flour in a bowl, add the oil, the yeast and some salt. Pour the water over it and mix well.

3. Make little balls and let them rest for a few minutes. Use a rolling pin and make them as thin as you can.

4. Put them on the grill and grill them untill they are golden brown.
