Triple chocolate biscotti recipe

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup coca powder
1 tsp instant espresso powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp heavy cream

2. 1. Preheat oven to 325*. Take a baking sheet & line with parchment paper;

3. 2.In a bowl, add flour, sugar, coca powder,chocolate chips, toasted halzenut, baking powder, salt, espresso powder, mix to combine.

4. 3.In the bowl with the (3) eggs, add a touch of vanilla extract: whisk together: add eggs to flour mixture, mix together:

5. 4. Divide batter in (2) and put both sides on the baking sheet: take a bowl of water near you, and use hands to form it into logs:

6. 5.Put in oven 325*, for 30 mins: Let cool for 10 min. Take a sharp knife, and cut Angel way; and put on baking sheet: (with parchment paper)

7. 6.Put in oven 300* for 25 mins, let cool competely on a wired rack:

9. 8. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, and mix the TBSP of heavy cream together:

10. 9.Take a spoon,and drizzle on top of Biscotti. let cool so white chocolate can set
