Trout with potatoes and sour-cream-garlic sauce of Sophia W. - Recipefy

For the trout with potatoes
Butter for frying
3-5 medium-sized potatoes
1 trout
1 lemon
Parsley
Salt and Pepper

For the sauce
1-2 clove of garlic
100g Sour cream
Salt and Pepper

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Cook the potatoes for 20-30 minutes

2. Once the potatoes are done peel them and cut them however you like them

3. Make sure the trout has no more organs and wash it under cold running water

4. Add salt and pepper and lemon juice on the outside and inside of the trout, then stuff with parsley

5. Fry it in some butter on both sides

6. After frying the trout, add the cut up potatoes in and fry them til golden brown

7. Once the trout is done, serve with lemon and sourcream-garlic sauce

8. For the sour cream garlic sauce: Mince the garlic, put the sour cream and minced garlic together in a bowl and mix - add salt and pepper (and if you wish some herbs) to taste
