300g cobertura de chocolate
100g azucar

Directions
1. fundir la cobertura de chocolate al baño maria.
2. calentar un poco de nata e incorporar el azucar.
3. montar el resto de nata y añadir azucar y seguir montadno y juntar con el chocolate y mover hasta la homogenealidad
