Turkey chili recipe

1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeño: seeded and finely chopped
1 red bell pepper diced,
3 cloves of garlic
1 14oz can of red kidney breans, drained and rinsed
1 14oz can of corn, drained and rinsed
1 28oz can of chopped tomatoes, not drained
1/2 cup bottle of beer
4 Tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef stock
1 Tbsp ground chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. In a big pot, add vegetable oil: medium high heat. Add ground turkey. break up with wooden spoon.

2. 2.Season with salt and pepper: Cook meat.

3. 3. Add veggies: Add salt and pepper:

4. 4. Cook 8 to 10 mins till veggies cook down.

5. 5. Add tomato paste. Stir.

6. 6. Add spices: stir.

7. 7. Add beer: Stir:

8. 8. Chopped up tomatoes: stir. add stock.

9. 9. Add canned beans and corn:

10. 10 season with salt and pepper.

11. 11. Cover half way, simmer for 2 hours.
