Vanilla yogurt muffins recipe

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Splenda sugar
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
2 whole eggs
2 cups flour

(for the streusel topping:)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. In a muffin tin, line them with muffin liners: spray tops with non stick cooking spray.

2. 2.In a bowl with flour, add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix.

3. 3.set aside.

4. a another bowl, add yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix.

5. put that mixture in the flour bowl. Mix together.

6. 6. Scoop them in muffin liners.

7. (for topping:)

8. 1.Add sugars in small bowl: add cinnamon and salt. And butter: mix. Put mixture on top of muffin tins batter.

9. 2.oven 375* for 20 mins. Till fully cooked through and golden.
