Walnut and balsamic green beans
2 cups green beans
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
½ cup walnuts, toasted
½ tsp salt
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30-40 seconds until fragrant then take off heat.
Steam green beans for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Transfer green beans to a bowl, add walnuts, balsamic, garlic mixture, and salt. Toss to combine.
