Wheat Bature of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Wheat flour-2 cups
Yeast-1 tspn
Yogurt-3/4 cup
Baking soda-1/4 tspn
Salt
Warm water
Oil-1 tspn + for frying

1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water and keep for 10-15 mints.

2. Take a deep bowl and mix together all the ingredients except water.Knead well for few mints.At this stage decide if you need more water .Add water little by little to make a smooth dough.

3. Cover the bowl and keep in a warm place for 1-2 hrs.

4. After 2 hrs take out the dough and knead for few mints.Then divide it into small portions.Roll each of the portions into small circles.They should be little more thicker than usual chapathis.

5. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the baturas till they become golden on both sides.

6. Serve with chole masala/channa masala
