Brocollidish with kebab
1/2 red onion
2 red peppers
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 8 min
1. Cook the couscous according to package directions.
2. Cut the carrot into thin strips (julienne), the onion into thin
loops and the red pepper into thin pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a large wok and stir fry the carrots and onion in 2 mins
on high heat.
4. Add the garlic and the kebab and cook it another 2 minutes.
5. Add the broccoli and red pepper and cook it for another 2 minutes.
6. Pour the ketjap sauce and 3 tablespoons in cook it for another 2 minutes.
7. At pepper for taste.
8. Serve with couscous.
