Sugar 120 g
For the filling
Cream 250 g
Caster sugar 80g
Salt nose spoon
Cocoa for garnish (or vermicelli )

1. In a glass bowl mix the flour with the sugar, add cold chopped butter, stir and add the egg. Knead this mixture to make a dough ( if necessary put a little cream ) and place in a buttered tart pan . The cover with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
2. For the filling , melt the chocolate over low heat and once melted add the caster sugar and salt. Heat the cream, and pour the egg ( after we've hit ) slowly stir and mix it joins with the melted chocolate. Spread the cream we made the dough psisame (inside tart ) which allow it to cool and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes at 150 degrees. Garnish with sifted cocoa or truffles
