Devilled tzatziki

750 ml curd
1,5 big cucumbers
3 gloves garlic
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)

T. Preparacion → 15 min

1. Peel the cucumber and blend it. Separate the suice from the pulp.

2. Combine cucumber pulp, curd, garlic, pepper and chilli flakes.

3. Cool in a fridge for 30 min.

4. Serve chilled.
