Kale Mash Potatoes de evangeline - Recipefy

4 oz trimmed kale leaves chopped
1 green onion chopped
4 tablespoons butter
3 pounds Russet potatoes
1/4 cup milk

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 30 min

1. Boil potatoes until cooked.
Boil kale and green onions in water with a pinch of salt.
Puree the vegetables in a blender with butter.
Add puree and milk to mashed potatoes and mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
