1 Capisum
1 Onion
2 Tbls Olive Oil
5 Cans Tomato Puree
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
4 - 5 Cloves of Garlic
200g Calabrese Salami, thinly sliced
100g Jar of Capers
1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
Salt and Cracked Black Pepper

T. Preparacion → 15 min

T. Cocinado → 60 min

1. Chop capsicum and onion and sauté in the oil

2. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and simmer on low for 1 hour

3. Serve with some pasta and that.
