vinager, bayleaves, cloves, peepercorns, butter, oil, gingerbread

1. marinate the rabbit peaces in half vinager, half water ,with a few cloves, bayleaves and some peppercorns, leave for a few days in a cool place.
drain the rabbit (keep the marinate) dry with kitchenpaper.
heat 125 gr butter and 100 ml oil. when very hot, fry the rabbit peaces one at the time till nice brown, when all are done, fry the onions, when brown add the rabbit, the seived marinate, some peppercorns, bayleave, cloves and simmer for about one hour. The last 15 minutes, add a good peace of gingerbread. When the gingerbread is desolved, stirr thee sause and bind with cornflower.
