PREPARATION FOR MARINATION

chicken (1 kg)
(thick) fresh yoghurt (100 g)
1/2 of a medium sized lemon
1 tablespoon vinegar
10 cloves of garlic (approx. 40 g)
1 tablespoon of butter
salt to taste

MASALA

2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2-4 red chillies
( The above mentioned three have to be roasted and powdered)
salt to taste

T. Preparacion → 10 mins but the marination process it takes 3 hrs min

T. Cocinado → 40-50 min

1. Clean the chicken and keep it aside.

2. Take a bowl an put the vinegar, yoghurt and squeeze the lemon on top of them.
Mix them well. Add salt to taste.

3. In food blender and mix 2 spoons of the earlier mix and add the garlic to it , and blend it till its like a paste.

4. Mix the rest of the mixture (vinegar , yoghurt , etc....) with the garlic paste.

5. Mix this to the MASALA mixture.

6. Then apply this to the chicken and marinate for three hrs.

7. Then start grilling it. In between the process of grilling turn the sides.

8. When still hot brush with a little water and the butter.

9. Serve hot. works with most sides.

10. MITA'S TIPS AND TRICKS
When cleaning the chicken soak with paper or white cloth so as to delete any moisture.
If you marinate longer it will be better as the chicken will get tender and softer.
You can grill each side for 25 minutes
It will be preferred that you grill it on a flat surface.
Herbs and spices can be added to vary the taste (but not preferred).
