Thick Hot Chocolate (Max Brenner Style) de Lip Smacking - Recipefy

2 Tablespoons of Instant Custard Powder

(optional) 1 Tablespoon White Sugar, Stevia or Coconut Sugar

3 Tablespoons of Powdered Max Brenner Hot Chocolate or 100g of Milk Chocolate

2 Cups of Full Cream Milk (best for richness), Low Fat or Skim can be substituted

T. Preparacion → 2 min

T. Cocinado → 2 min

1. Place:
Custard Powder
White Sugar
Hot Chocolate in saucepan and add 1/2 cup of the milk over a medium/high heat.

2. Whisk to dissolve.

3. Add the remaining milk.

4. Whisk to desired thickness (approx 2 mins)

5. Any flavor can be added- vanilla, cinnamon, marshmallows.

6. (Avoid bringing to boil)
