200g chopped tomatoes
150g walnuts without shell
2tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clover
1 medium onion
chili flakes
1 tsp curry powder
salt & pepper

Preparazione
1. Chop walnuts and blend with tomatoes
2. Chop onion and garlic
3. Stir fry the onion, garlic, curry in olive oil until golden
4. Add the blended tomatoes and walnuts and chili with the onion and garlic
5. Cook on medium heat until the sauce starts to boil
6. Season with salt & pepper
