Baked pumpkin doughnuts recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted (For the batter:)
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup whole milk: or a bit more
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (For the topping:) melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 doughnut pan
1 Tbsp cinnamon

1. 1. Pre heat oven to 350.* Take two doughnut pans, and spray with non stick spray, and set aside.

2. 2. Take dry ingredients, and both kinds of sugar, ( make sure the brown sugar isn't clumpy) and put in bowl. Mix everything together.

3. 3. Take pumpkin puree, & melted butter, and put in pumpkin puree bowl, and add eggs and vanilla. Mix together. Pour that into the dry ingredients bowl, and add milk. mix everything together.

4. 4. Take a piping bag, and add batter in piping bag. ^^ Fill the doughnut pan around 2 thirds of the way up.

5. 5. Put in oven for 12 mins, or until completely cooked through: Let cool when done.

6. 6. Take some melted butter, and brush top, and dip in cinnamon sugar mixure only the toppings
