Chicken wings

1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp salad oil
1 tsp dry mustard
pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 80 min

1. Mix all ingredients together and pour/brush over wings

2. Let stand at least 20 mins (up to all day)

3. Bake minimum 1 hour at 350F (preference: 45 mins with lid on, 25 with lid off, 10 under broiler)
