Dom's guacamole

Ingredients for 3-4 people

3 Avocados (skins and seeds removed)
Juice of 2 Limes
2 Plum Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Jalepeno (seeds and guts removed) finely chopped
1/2 bunch of Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
Pinch of Sugar
Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mash up the avocados but not too much.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve.
