1 box of Brownie mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 whole eggs
2 Tbsp instant espresso powder
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cut of butter

(for the glaze:)
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp instant espresso powder
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
1 cut room temp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 coffee beans

1. 1. In a large bowl with the brownie mix, add vegetable oil: In a small cup, with water, add instant Espresso powder: mix: add in bowl:

2. 2.Add in eggs in bowl: whisk to combine: Don't over mix << add in chocolate chips: mix again: don't over beat:

3. 3.In a rectangle baking pan, spray with non stick cooking spray: and add a piece of parchment paper: pour brownie mix in Pan on paper: spread to make even:

4. 4.put in oven 350* for 25 mins: let cool for 30 mins:

5. 5.for glaze: in a another large bowl, put sugar: the cut of butter: in a small cup, add water and espresso powder: mix. Add in bowl: add vanilla extract: mix together:

6. 6.pour glaze over brownie: spread to make even: top with coffee beans.
