1 lb yukon gold potatoes: cooked, soft, and peeled
1/4 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp cream cheese at room temp.
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
1 egg wash: (one egg beaten with a touch of water)
1 salt and pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. Preheat oven to 425*. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper;

2. 2.In a bowl with the potatoes, mash it up; Put sour cream, and cream cheese; add granulated garlic, salt and pepper; mash it up again till smooth mixture.

3. 3.Take out puff-pastry, and roll out on a lightly floured surface; then cut into 9 squares;

4. 4.Add a dallop of the mixture in the center;

5. 5.Take egg-wash, and run around edges;

6. 6.Take 2 corners, and pinch together, and pinch again, and put on baking sheet; seam side down;

7. 7.Brush egg wash on top, and put in oven 20 mins, till golden brown. Let cool compelty.
