Apricot and white chocolate granita slice

2 x 180g blocks white chocolate
1/2 packet Arnotts Granita biscuits broken into quarters
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup raisins or sultanas
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Vorb. Zeit → 3 Min.

Koch Zeit → 0 Min.

1. Line square cake pan with baking paper
Place chocoalte in glass microwave bowl and cook on medium for 2 minutes - make sure you stir after every 30 seconds
Add other ingredients, stir to combine and press into pan
Refrigerate overnight until set and then cut into squares with a hot, sharp knife
