Baked chicken breast in spicy coating

400 g, boneless chicken breast, 1 double chicken breast
1 egg
50 ml milk
7 tsp wheat flour
7 tsp breadcrumbs
5 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 tsp chilli flates
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Vorb. Zeit → 50 Min.

Koch Zeit → 30 Min.

1. Cut the chicken breast into 6 portions and flaten them with a wooden rolling-pin.

2. In 2 separate plates mix: egg with milk and breadcrumbs with spices.

3. Coat each chicken breast first with flour, than with egg mixture and, in the end, with the breadcrumb mixture. Put in an air tight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

5. Place all chicken portions on a greased tin and bake for 15 minutes on each side.
