Zubereitung
1. Mix the flour and eggs together, until they form a dough like texture.
2. adjust the amount of flour or egg in the mix if needed. If you find that the mix is too firm add alittle bit of olive oil to soften,
3. be careful not to add too much as this will make the mix heavy and more likely to break when you come to roll it out.
4. Leave the dough to rest in a fridge for half an hour, wrap it in cling film before doing this.
