1 tablespoon Sour cream, 1/2 package cream cheese, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1/3 white onion, 1 lemon,1 bunch of cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

Zubereitung
1. Chop garlic, onion and cilantro in very small pieces, place in a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients. Cream cheese may be soften for less than a minute in the microwave.
