Keema (mince) curry

500g extra lean minced beef (or lamb mince)
1 onion, chopped finely
1-2tbsp medium curry powder
200ml beef stock
400g potatoes, peeled and diced (no need to pre-cook)
1 can chopped tomatoes
150g frozen peas
Vorb. Zeit → 5 Min.
Koch Zeit → 40 Min.
1. In a large non stick pan, brown the mince and onion for 5 minutes. Add the curry powder and potatoes and fry for 1 minute more.
2. Pour in the stock and tomatoes, season, cover & simmer for 25 minutes (or until potatoes are cooked).
3. Finally, mix in the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes.
