Vanilla cupcake recipe

120 gm butter, softened; 120 gm caster sugar; 2 lg eggs, room temp; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 120 gm self-raising flour

Vorb. Zeit → 15 Min.

Koch Zeit → 15 - 20 Min.

1. Preheat fan oven to 170 C fan oven or 190 C regular oven.

2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.

4. Add flour.

5. Beat until mixture smooth.

6. Put mixture into paper lined cupcake tin.
