White chocolate cheesecake & raspberry coulis

Half a pack of cheap digestives and a big knob of melted butter for base
2 big milkybars melted
250g plain philadephia
a tub of marscapone cheese
284ml extra thick double cream
raspberries
caster sugar
Vorb. Zeit → 15 Min.
Koch Zeit → 0 Min.
1. 1.Smash up the biscuits & add the melted butter, press into the base with a potato masher, put in fridge
2. 2.Melt chocolate and mix philly, cheese, cream and chocolate all together. Whisk all together. Put on top of base and put in fridge.
3. 3.Put raspberries and caster sugar in blender and blitz......voila coulis :)
