420g/15oz roasted almonds (or however many you need - this will make one large jar).
1 tbsp. vanilla extract (optional)
T. Preparacion → 40 min
1. Add the almonds (or other type of nuts) to a food processor with the vanilla extract if using and blitz. Leave until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency. This could take 30 minutes, be patient and keep scraping the mixture from the edges of the food processor.
