Almond meal pancakes

1 cup milk (almond, rice, soy, cow's)
1 egg
2 TBS oil or butter
2 TBS agave nectar or maple syrup
½ - ¾ cup almond meal (add more if batter is too thin)
½ cup oatmeal or WW flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 banana (optional)

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.

2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook.

3. Top with maple syrup & fresh fruit.
