1 lemon juiced
6 TBS water
2 TB Olive Oil (or more if needed)
Salt/pepper to taste
1 bag Gluten Free Pasta (I love the Tinyada brand)

1. Directions:
• Prepare pasta to directions on bag
• In food processor mix all ingredients
• Drain & rinse pasta
• Mix Pesto over Pasta and serve
