Crust: ½ cup butter 1 cup flour ½ cup sugar Mix like pie crust, til crumbly. Press into pan. Bake for 7 minutes at 375. Filling: 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup sugar ½ tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped pecans 3 to 4 med. carrots, grated ¼ tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. flour

1. Combine and mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Cool and cut into squares.
