Chocolate cake with a touch of coffee!

Instant coffee granules (1Tbsp)
Water (3/4 cup)
Chelsea White Sugar (2 cups)
Plain flour (1¾ cups)
Cocoa powder (¾ cup)
Vanilla essence (2 tsp)
Baking soda (2 tsp)
Baking powder (1 tsp)
Salt (½ tsp)
Eggs (2)
Milk (soya/rice milk is also fine) (1¼ cups)
Sunflower/soya oil (½ cup)

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 1 min

1. 1. Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius then line & grease a cake tin that measure approximately 23-25cm
2. Mix the coffee granules with water before placing it and all the other ingredients into a food processor. Be sure to mix the ingredients well for a smooth result and consistency.
3. Now tip the mixture into your prepared cake tin. Bake in the oven for approximate 1 1/2 hours. Your cake tester should come out clean from the center of the cake.
4. Place the cake on a wire rack to cool. Once cool ice the with chocolate icing sugar.
5. Done - enjoy!

2. Don't panic: the mixture after food processing is VERY runny, don't worry, it's all going according to plan!
