Coconut ice cream recipe

Ingredientes para 8 people

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup whole coconut milk
15 oz can of cream of coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Instrucciones

1. * Insert the inside of Ice cream of freezer the night before*

2. 1.In a bowl, add cream of coconut, heavy cream, half&half, vanilla extract, coconut milk, salt.

3. 2.Use a whisk and whisk well.

4. 3.Pour mixture in ice cream machine ( 25 mins)
