1 bag of pre-washed kale
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
some salt
1/4 cup bacon bits (or real bacon, whatever)

T. Preparacion → 2 min

T. Cocinado → 10 min

1. In a big skillet:
saute onion and garlic in olive oil
add kale and bacon bits
saute everything until kale is wilted down
add more kale if you dare to be tempted
eat hot
