Karen's lettuce &pear salad
Receta por1 Anjou pear cored and sliced thin
sliced toasted almonds
1 head Boston lettuce and 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cucumber sliced
Dressing
1/2 cup oil
1/4 rice vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice (no pulp)
sprinkle of sugar
1 tsp poppy seeds
salt and pepper
dash tabasco
slices of parmesan cheese. (Block of cheese and use and veg. peeler)
T. Preparacion → 15 min
T. Cocinado → 0 min
1. 1. Prepare lettuce and cucumber.
2. Toast almonds in frying pan. Let cool
3. Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing.
4. Mix salad with dressing just before serving. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
