1. Crust: Crush 1 pkg. graham crackers. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 stick melted butter. Mix together well. Press into bottom of 9” pie plate. OR: Use a purchased graham cracker pie crust. Filling: Mix 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Blend well In another bowl, mix 1 cup hot water and 4 oz. box lemon jello. Add juice from 1 lemon about 3 Tbsp. Pour into cheese mixture Add 1 can chilled evaporated milk and beat well. Pour into pans and refrigerate until set. Makes 2 pies.
