Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
1 1/2 cups White Flour
200 gms Butter (room temperature)
3/4 cups Browns Sugar
1/2 cup White Sugar
2 cups Oats
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Warm Water
1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 8-10 min
1. Blend the flour and butter until they make a fairly consistent mixture. Add the sugars (brown and white) and Oats and blend for 2 min.
2. Add the eggs, one by one, add the vanilla and mix slowly until a very consistent dough is formed. Mix the water with baking powder and add to the dough for a final mix.
3. Add the chocolate chips and start shaping your cookies. Set them up in a baking tray and bake them for 8-10 min. Remove them from the oven once the start getting a gold color on the bottom. Be careful not to overdo them because they will turn into biscuits (yummy as well).
