Pecan & Jatz Pie de librarychick4405 - Recipefy

1 cup sugar
3 egg whites (beaten nearly stiff)
22 Jatz crushed
1 cup pecan nuts (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

T. Preparacion → 20 min

T. Cocinado → 25 min

1. 1. Gradually add sugar to egg whites.
2. Beat until stiff.
3, Fold in remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into well greased 9" pie plate.
5. Bake 25 mins at 180 degrees.
