Pineapple-cottage cheese salad
Receta por1 package lemon Jello
1 package lime Jello
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
T. Preparacion → 60 min
T. Cocinado → 0 min
1. Drain syrup from pineapple; and save syrup. Add enough water to make 2 cups.
2. Heat pineapple juice and water mixture to boiling; remove from heat. Add Jello; stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly.
3. Fold in mayonnaise and stir until well combined. Add remaining ingredients, pour into a lightly buttered 9- by 13-inch pan. Chill.
