Rum cake
Receta por1 yellow cake mix, dry 4 eggs ½ cup water ½ cup oil ½ cup rum 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
1. Combine all ingre. In mixing bowl. And beat 4 minutes. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour in pan and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for one hour. Let cool 20 minutes in pan. Pour Glaze over cake while still in the pan. Do not remove cake from pan until completely cool. RUM GLAZE: 1/4 cup water ½ cup rum 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter Boil for 3 minutes in a medium saucepan. Watch carefully it will boil over and flame. Pour over cake. Glazed Strawberry Trifle 1-4 oz. Pkg. Vanilla instant pudding 2 cups milk 1 frozen pound cake 16 oz. Whipped topping 10 oz. Pkg. Frozen sliced strawberries 1 pkg. Strawberry glaze Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat well. Cut cake into 1 inch cubes. Layer cake, pudding, cool whip, strawberries and strawberry glaze in trifle bowl. Chill.
