Sabudana upma recipe

1 cup Sabudana
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 potatoes (boiled peeled, and cubed)
piece ½”of ginger
2 Green chilies finely chopped
tsp ½cumin seeds jeera
A handful of curry leaves
Oil/ghee for roasting
T. Preparacion → 360 min
T. Cocinado → 15 min
1. Soak the sabudana in water for 5-6 hours.
Grind the peanuts and make a coarse powder. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Heat the oil a non-stick pan or wok and put it on the flame.
Put sago in it and roast it lightly.
Heat oil in another pan and then add the curry leaves and ginger in it.
Now add the green chillies, sabudana along with half spoon salt in it.
Cook for 5-6 minutes. Do not add water.
Finally add the ground peanuts and boiled potatoes. Cook for another minute or two.
Serve hot.
