Simple oven-roasted chicken breasts

Chicken breasts; olive oil; roasting veggies

T. Preparacion → 5 min

T. Cocinado → 40 min

1. (seen in http://www.conversiondiary.com/2011/10/7-quick-takes-friday-vol-149.html )

2. Take frozen chicken breasts (do not unfreeze!) and place them on a greased baking dish.

3. Add whatever roasting veggies you like (I use onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers).

4. Drizzle with olive oil, add whatever spices you like, and bake uncovered at 425° F (218° C) for 30 – 40 minutes.
