Sparkling lemon vodka martini

Ingredientes

2 Lemon juiced
3/4c superfine sugar
4 shots vodka
Asti spumante sparkling wine

Instrucciones

1. Add sugar to lemon and stir until sugar is dissolved

2. Pour 1/4 into a very cold martini shaker

3. Add a shot of vodka

4. Pour half martini glass of mixture into a chilled martini glass

5. Fill remainder of glass with sparkling wine
