Texas fried okra

1 lb. fresh okra 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. water 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal vegetable oil salt and pepper
Instrucciones
1. Wash okra, remove stem ends and cut into 1/2” pieces. Beat eggs and water lightly with a fork. Add okra and toss to coat with egg mixture. Toss okra in cornmeal. Fry okra in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
